With electronic invoicing (eInvoicing) from DriveBenefits we offer you a further option for achieving "added" process efficiency. The Tax Simplification Act from 2011 (contains a change to Section 14, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Value Added Tax Act) permits us to transfer invoices electronically as PDF file via email to you. The electronic documents contain all the compulsory information required by law for invoices. Electronic signatures are no longer required.
Invoices which up to now have been dispatched in paper form can be replaced entirely by PDF invoices and email. You will receive one invoice per email. Alternatively, an XLM invoice file can be created as well as the PDF file in order to better support automated further processing with structured invoice data. Or take it a step further – with invoicing via EDI. We are happy to advise you on which process is best for you.
