01/12/2020 • The protection of our employees, customers and suppliers is our top priority. Therefore we have taken some measures. Here you will find answers to the questions we are currently asked most frequently.

We keep you up to date

The information and general conditions regarding the COVID 19 pandemic change at very short notice. Therefore, our crisis management team adapts SEW-EURODRIVE's measures on a daily basis and informs you about this here.

With several arrangements for the protection of our employees, the production in our plants is back to full capacity. This means our delivery capability is at its full extent.

This also applies to the service and support capacities at our locations with Drive Centers and Drive Technology Centers worldwide.

We will keep you up to date via the familiar contact channels and also at this point.

In this period of health crisis, the digitization of processes is essential. Online Support allows you to configure your drive to select spare parts or a replacement product in complete autonomy and to send your quotation request or your order directly.

To minimize the spread of the coronavirus, all unnecessary contacts and transmission possibilities must be reduced to a minimum. This also includes the collection of goods from our premises (locations Graben-Neudorf and Bruchsal) by external persons. Therefore, we must also take measures here and prevent goods from being picked up.

Therefore, we will send your goods with our own forwarding agent and have them delivered to you.

If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please contact your personal contact person in our sales department.

For reasons of care towards our customers and employees, we currently refrain from business trips that are not absolutely necessary. As an alternative, we offer our customers the possibility of digital recording of conversations such as video conferences (Webex or Skype). Planned service assignments are of course carried out. If you have any questions, please contact your responsible field service.

SEW-EURODRIVE does not take part in many events due to the cancellation of various trade fairs and for reasons of care towards our customers and employees.

SEW-EURODRIVE has taken many measures to protect its employees and their families as well as customers and partners. If cases happen to be confirmed, we act in accordance with the requirements of the responsible health authorities and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

For the welfare of our staff, work from home has been instituted whenever possible. However, this does not affect the regular work routine.

The current situation has no effect on the application process at SEW-EURODRIVE. We continue to offer new employees secure jobs. Your application will be processed as usual. However, for your and our safety, we are currently conducting job interviews via video conferences or telephone interviews.
