With this first CSR report, SEW USOCOME formalizes and highlights an approach that has been in place for several years. This document presents our social and environmental responsibility strategy, which is based on five key areas:

• 1. Ethics and governance: responsible governance based on compliance with regulations, human rights, and SEW USOCOME's core values: family, independence, and sustainability.
• 2. People: the well-being, safety, and skills development of our employees are central to our collective performance.
• 3. Products and services: innovation, quality, and energy efficiency guide the design of our products to create sustainable and responsible value for our customers.
• 4. Supply chain and raw materials: a responsible purchasing policy, certified by RFAR, which promotes relocation, sustainability, and greener energy sourcing.
• 5. Production and business processes: a modular and efficient organization, aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and promoting the circular economy and sustainable resource management.

This first report, which proposes an initial integration of GRI standards, lays the foundations for our long-term trajectory and marks a new stage in our collective commitment.
